I just couldn't resist sharing this cartoon.
It was a quiet week for Show and Tell. I suspect many of you are back to making masks for the grandkids to wear to school. However, we do have some nice pictures.
We haven't heard from Diane Watchorn, so she has sent some pictures to catch up. First is a sorting of donated scraps.
She is putting the scraps to good use. This is her pile of scrappy quilts she has complete since March.

Helen heard of an older lady who needed a fidget quilt, so she made one.
Fidget Quilts give dementia patients with restless hands tactile stimulation.
Janice Pound is much more up to date with the Bag of the Month Club, than I am. She has completed the August bag. (I thought about it!)
The pattern is Duffle Backpack by Sewing Patterns by Mrs. H. I love Janice's fabric and she says she made it from her stash.
I am pretty sure we are all bored of masks now, but my friend Cheryl Coville has been making some unique ones, to raise money for the Lyndhurst Feral Cat Rescue. I could not resist, so I ordered one.
As you can imagine, she has been swamped with orders.
Liz helped her granddaughter, who is going into Grade 6, make her own masks for school. They had lots of fun picking fabrics.
Marilyn took a UFO started in about 2002.
She lined it and converted it to a tabletopper for her deck.
Marilyn bought this fabric in Les-Baux-de-Provence, in southern France. She used some of the border print to cover the hassock.
Pat Nyenhuis has been getting a jump on winter with some Newfoundland mittens.
Pat is also working through her scraps.
This one is an Eye Spy quilt.
